SESSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and conditions of my sessions:
1. When booking a session with me, you give me permission to post photos from your session on my website and social media networks. I may also make printed materials for advertising purposes, which may be used in exhibitions and competitions. If you do not agree with this, please let me know.
2. To book a session I require a non-refundable deposit of €50 in Ireland / 200zł in Poland.
3. The day before our session, I require confirmation of the session from you. In the case of unexpected circumstances where you can not attend we can rearrange the session for another time suitable for both sides.
4. Travel expenses are included in the price of package of your choice if your location by choice is not more than 20km from my location. If it’s more than 20km, I have to add travel expenses. Of course is different when we have session in Poland.
5. The balance for the chosen package has to be paid in full on the day of the photoshoot.
6. I will send you miniature copies of your photos 10 days after our session. You must choose which images you want me to edit from these.
7. The editing time of the photos is 4 – 6 weeks (urgent editing within 4 days will incur an additional cost of €50 / 200zl in Poland). After this time you will receive your files through a link in high resolution ready to print in any size.
8. The quantity of photos you receive depends on the package you have chosen. If you require more photos than stated in your package each extra photo to be edited will cost an additional €20 in Ireland/50zl in Poland.
9. Once you receive the photos, you are free to use them in a noncommercial way.
10. If you want to use my photos in a commercial way, you need my written consent.
11. Files are saved on my computer for 1 year from the day of our session. After this time the photos will be deleted and there will be no way to retrieve them.
